Private access, personal use

GiStream API is an IDN Live stream provider operated as a closed, invite-only service. Every partner account is personal and confidential. The rules below apply to every request handled by support.

  • No credential sharing. Do not distribute your x-kid, signing secret, or bearer tokens to anyone without prior written permission from an admin.
  • No reselling. Reselling, sub-licensing, bundling, or rebranding your partner access or view credits is strictly forbidden.
  • No public exposure. Do not embed credentials in shipped client apps, public repos, screenshots, or forum posts.
  • Report leaks fast. If a secret leaks, rotate immediately from the console and email security@gstreamlive.com.
  • Community. Active partners must join the partner WhatsApp group (link shown in the partner console) for downtime and policy updates.

Common questions

What is GiStream API?

GiStream API is a private gateway that serves IDN Live streams through session-bound viewer passes. It is a personal, closed API — access is issued per partner and is not intended for public redistribution.

Can I share my x-kid, secret, or tokens with a teammate?

No. Your credentials are strictly personal. Sharing your x-kid, signing secret, or bearer tokens with anyone — even inside your own team — is not allowed without prior written permission from an admin. If you need multi-seat access, contact support first.

Can I resell my partner access or credits?

No. Reselling your partner slot, view credits, or any form of access — bundled, sub-licensed, or rebranded — is strictly forbidden and results in immediate revocation without refund.

My credentials leaked. What now?

Rotate your secret immediately from the partner console and email security@gstreamlive.com so we can audit the impact. Do not keep using leaked credentials.

What is your response time?

We aim to respond to support email within 1 business day. Security reports are triaged within 24 hours.

Where do I find my API key?

Open the partner console. Your secret and key ID are shown after you purchase a plan.

My payment is stuck — what do I do?

From the partner console, open the transaction and press Resume to re-open the QRIS ticket, or Cancel to release the reservation.

Can I get a refund?

Unused monthly subscriptions can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase. Per-view credits are non-refundable once consumed.
