Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating a GiStream partner account or calling the API, you agree to these terms. If you are using GiStream on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The service
GiStream API is a private gateway that provides access to IDN Live streams via session-bound viewer passes. Access is invite-only and issued per partner. The service is provided as-is and evolves over time; features may be added, changed, or removed.
3. Confidential, personal access
Partner access is strictly personal and confidential. You may not share your x-kid, signing secret, bearer tokens, or any other credential with any third party — including teammates, contractors, or affiliates — without prior written permission from a GiStream admin. Every request made with your credentials is considered authorized by you.
4. No reselling
You may not resell, sub-license, rent, bundle, rebrand, or otherwise transfer your partner access, view credits, or any output of the API to third parties. Reselling in any form is grounds for immediate revocation with no refund.
5. Credential hygiene
Do not embed credentials in shipped client apps, public repositories, screenshots, or public forum posts. Rotate your secret immediately if you suspect a leak and notify security@gstreamlive.com.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use GiStream to distribute content you do not have rights to, to harass or endanger others, to violate applicable law, or to bypass access controls. We may suspend accounts that put the platform, its viewers, or the upstream provider at risk.
7. Community participation
Active partners are required to join the GiStream partner WhatsApp group (link surfaced in the partner console). Announcements, downtime, and policy updates are posted there. Failure to stay reachable via that channel is at your own risk.
8. Payments
Prices are listed on the pricing section of the landing page. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Unused monthly plans may be refunded within 24 hours of purchase; per-view credits are non-refundable once consumed.
9. Availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — in particular sections 3, 4, and 5 — without prior notice and without refund.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiStream is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the changelog page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
